Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ALURE Leads ("we", "us") collects when you use alureleads.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.
Information we collect
What you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, website (optional), a description of what you sell, and your monthly meeting target. If you email us, we keep the email and its contents.
What we collect automatically. Like most websites we receive basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a strategy call.
- To research your company before we speak, so the call is useful.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing sequences because you filled in a form.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and business, each of which processes data only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides analytics.
- An email delivery provider, used to route form submissions to our inbox.
- YouTube, for the videos in the Watch section. Videos load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and for up to two years afterwards. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing aj@alure.io. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
