These terms cover your use of the ALURE Leads website. Engagements for lead generation services are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here if the two conflict.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt it, or scraping it for commercial purposes.
Our services, in brief
ALURE Leads provides done-for-you B2B lead generation: ideal-customer research, list building, outbound campaigns, and appointment setting. Pricing is per qualified lead. What counts as a qualified lead, the rate, and billing details are agreed in writing before any campaign starts. Descriptions on this site are a summary, not an offer, and may change.
No guarantees of outcome
We work hard to book meetings that match your criteria. We cannot guarantee that any meeting will result in a sale, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of revenue, response rates, or specific results.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and branding on this site belong to ALURE Leads or its licensors. Videos in the Watch section belong to their respective creators and are embedded from YouTube; we are not affiliated with them and are not responsible for their content. Background footage is licensed stock media.
Third-party links and embeds
The site links to and embeds content from third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALURE Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
